Fees

CONSULTATION FEE (SMALLER PROJECTS): $100 PER HOUR

Minimum 2 hours for an *open consult. Additional time charged at $25 per 15 minutes. Travel time applies if distance is in excess of 30 minutes and I am unable to coordinate with another appointment

*open consult – includes in person/on-site general ideas/brainstorming session, paint colors, furniture moving/placement, decorative opportunity suggestions (such as wallpaper, trim, tile, custom paint finishes, artwork …), producing mock-ups, etc.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (LARGER PROJECTS):

This would be determined after my role and required services are defined. I prefer to work under re-negotiable, fixed term contracts of 1-6 months (depending on project). The contract would outline scope and expectations at outset and anticipate completion or need for another contract prior to termination.

PAINT FINISHES, WALLPAPERING, ETC.

Estimates for any of these services are provided free of charge and always ahead of any work undertaken. Ballpark estimates can be provided without the need for a site visit if necessary information and photographs are supplied
